The Move and Finished Appartment

Hello Everyone,
Sorry that it has taken me so long to write, we have been really busy and were without Internet for awhile but now we are up and running and wanted to share what is going on. The move went smoothly. Thanks to the help we recieved from Heidelberg we had the truck filled in 90 Minutes (you guys are the best!) Thanks again HD. And I must say Stuttgart you guys rock too! They helped us unload in only 30 minutes and set the house up as you can see in the pictures. Now that is enough from me I think you all should hear from the love of my life...
Guten Tag, where should i start??? there is so much on my mind and heart and i am still in the process of sorting out and settling in. yes, the move went great and the biggest praise report is that Levi and Luca are doing well. they have found many new friends both in school and the neighborhood and are constantly playing outside. Luca was sick during the move and had to be on cortison for a few weeks but has recovered alright. he does have allergies (like me), so we are going through a lot of tissue and constantly get to hear "God bless you" ("Gesundheit"). We are very thankful for the many blessings God has given us and the grace He has shown us lately.
our new appartment is nice, i got blessed with a brand new kitchen (Thank you City Chapel) and i really like the rest of it too. i was getting tired of screw drivers and we were pretty sore from renovating but after the 4 day week end we just enjoyed we feel refreshed.

"...but one thing i do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things that are ahead." Phil. 3:13

Starting at City Chapel

Here are some pictures of when the church prayed for Anja and I, as we began the new chapter in our lives at the City Chapel. It was a great message that Roland gave and He spoke directly to me and clearly gave me a challenge. One that I pray with the Lord's Help I will accomplish. It is the same challenge that Paul gave Timothy and that is found in 2 Timothy 4:1-5 I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom:
2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;
4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.
5 But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

Sledding in March

You would think that this would be in December but No, Our weather loves to play games with us and we woke up to not a White Christmas but to a White Easter, Well it fits His Blood on the cross has made us white as snow. It was beautiful to see all the nice white snow and of course the boys had to go sledding, We forgot thier snow stuff or I should say the snow gear is packed away in boxes right now so with there jeans and normal shoes we found a hill with some snow left and they had fun. We wanted to share these moments with you enjoy.

Still Underconstruction

I want to thank all those who have helped, It has been fun and we got a lot done in a short period of time, We could not have done it with out you all.
Well as you could see the work continues, we went by today and the floor is being laid right now, and in the evening we are painting trying to get the house ready for the move on Saturday. Today we signed the contract and got Luca in a Kindergarten for the next three months and walked to Levi's School.
We as a family are getting to know the many people at the city chapel there are a lot of names to remeber. Many from the chapel came and helped with the rennovation it was a great time getting to work with them.
Please keep the boys in prayer as they began school on the 31 of March there are exciting times ahead of us and we are all waiting with excitment to get in to our appartment finally and be able to make it home. When it is all done and you are ever in the area please give us a call and stop by. We love you all.

A new place to call Home

We have found it, Yes the search is over, After some time and prayers God directed us to this place. We called on so many places we couldn't remeber which ones they were anymore when the people would call, On Monday night I recieved a call from one of the appartments Anja was busy working doing a Pampered Chef show and I talked with the owner, I told her that we would be in Stuttgar on Tuesday to look at a place and asked if it was possible to come and look at the apartment. She said it should work and I told her that Anja would call in the morning so we called and she said she had some appointments later on in the day but would fit us in and met us at 11 in the morning at the place this was a God thing allowing us to be the first ones to look at the appartment. God gave us favour with the owner and we got the place she is very interested in calvary chapel as well and is asking a lot of questions I am excited to see what God has planned.
It is a great place with a garden two balconies and it is 100,50qm2.
In the Picture you see the building there are 8 appartments and we have the one on the bottom right. We are very excited about this place it is being newly rennovated with new windows new doors, The tile in the bathrooms are being redone also new toilet and a new bathtub there is a new floor coming in it is so exciting. We will also be very close to Anja's Grandma and Aunts and Uncle this is also very exciting God is so good.
When we get settled in please come by the door is always open for any of our friends and family. Thank you so much for you prayers and support please continue to pray as we call schools for the boys and that they will have a great transition, I start work the first of March in Stuttgart so please also be praying for that as well.

Searching for a Home

Which one do we choose? That is the question we have been asking ourselves. We are in Stuttgart for one week and are looking for a home.
We have not found anything yet but we know that GOD has something for us so we continue to search the newspapers and the computer to find the right one. Please keep praying for us as we search, search, search.
We take comfort in God's word as He tells us that He will lead us and instruct us in the way we should go He will guide us with His eye Ps 32:8
